Terms of Service

Last updated: May 17, 2026

Welcome to StreetsAreCalling. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

StreetsAreCalling helps you visualise the streets you've covered while cycling, running, walking, or hiking. We import activity data from connected providers (such as Strava), match it to road networks, and generate coverage maps and videos for you.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use StreetsAreCalling. If you're using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these Terms for them.

3. Your content and data

You retain ownership of your activities, tracks, and any content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content as needed to provide the service to you — for example, to map-match a GPX file or render a coverage video.

We do not sell your activity data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use information.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use StreetsAreCalling to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Upload data you don't have the right to share.
  • Interfere with other users' access or experience.

5. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties like Strava and OpenStreetMap. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors.

6. Beta and changes

StreetsAreCalling is evolving. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and parts of the service may be offered as previews or betas. We may also update these Terms — when we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that coverage data, map matching, or generated videos will be error-free or fit any particular purpose. Use sensible judgement when navigating or planning routes.

To the extent allowed by law, StreetsAreCalling won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
